These terms form an agreement between you and EduPrac Solutions ("EduPrac", "we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
The rules for using EduPrac. Please read these terms before you use the platform. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the platform.
01. Who can use EduPrac
EduPrac is intended for individuals seeking practical skill development. Users must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Minor users should use the platform under parental or guardian supervision.
02. Your account
Account safety is a joint responsibility. Please observe the following:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
One Per Person
Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred to others.
Unauthorized Use
Alert us immediately at support@eduprac.com if you suspect a security breach.
03. Subscription and payments
Secure and Transparent Billing.
Services are provided on a recurring subscription model as selected during checkout. All fees are shown clearly at purchase.

04. Using the platform fairly

Content & certificates
All material is owned by EduPrac. We grant you a limited personal right to use it for learning. Certificates issued are for skill recognition and are not formal academic degrees.
Real-life tasks
Practical tasks and industry opportunities are subject to review. We provide no guarantees of job placement or specific outcomes; management decisions are final.
Availability
While our goal is smooth 24/7 operation, features may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance without prior notice.
Ending access
Users can close their account at any time. EduPrac reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any breach of these terms.
Our Responsibility
Services are provided on an "As is" basis. EduPrac Solutions assumes no liability for indirect losses, data loss, or missed opportunities resulting from platform use.
Changes to Terms
Updates are published directly on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
Governing Law
Subject to the Laws of India. Jurisdiction: Mumbai, India.
Company Status
EduPrac Solutions is a fully owned subsidiary of JBF Group of Companies, India.
